CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that situations may arise that may require a patient to postpone his or her services with us. Best efforts will be made to accommodate and reschedule. We ask that you help us deliver bad ass results and let us know in advance if you cannot make your appointment within 48-hours of the scheduled time.
Any unplanned changes to the date of service have a substantial impact on our ability to deliver a consistently high-quality experience. Failure to cancel without a 48-hour notice will incur penalties based on our cancellation policy below:

$125 fee to cancel/reschedule

Arriving 15 minutes late is considered a no show and canceled

If a patient cancels without proper notice more than two times, the patient will be required to leave a 50% procedure deposit in order to reschedule their next appointment

We reserve the right to dismiss a patient who habitually cancels or is late
REFUND POLICY

Services, service packages, and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable. The price paid for non-performed treatments may be applied towards other available services.

Products can be returned within 7 days of purchasing for store credit when there is a documented adverse reaction from the product or product is unopened.
